"It's been a month since I had my hair cut at this location, and I've been wearing a hat ever since. My wife asked today "what the H, is that still from your last cut?" 2 other barbers said I still need it to grow about two more weeks so they can fix it without giving me a crew cut. These people should be fired. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!"

"Frustrating experience from a Mom with low expectations 1. Arrived at 7:15 and was told it would be a 35 minute wait (almost as if they didn’t want us to wait). We signed in for any stylist and were happy to wait. 2. Placed 5th on the list then “Tony” walks in and is placed on the list ahead of us (I heard the woman behind the counter say, I’ll add you to the list which leads me to believe he didn’t check in online). My son even noticed that we were bumped from 5th to 6th on the list. 3. After 20 minutes “Tony” is taken back we continue to wait for the next stylist. When the next stylist finishes her client she starts cleaning up for the night rather than take the next client (there were still 2 clients in the waiting area). 4. My son is finally taken back and we ask for a 3 on the side and longer on top with scissors. The hair cut was okay, but his hair seems like it’s the same length all the way around. Any one of these things in isolation I could get over and move on, but it was such a poor customer experience. I work in the service industry so I understand wanting to leave at closing but take care of the clients first, especially in a repeat service industry. Really disappointing because I live nearby and wanted to give them my repeat business."
